Our founder, Shannan S. Schimmelmann has been studying management & analysis techniques, planning processes and developing strategic plans for clients in Western and Northern Canada for the last 10 years.

Based on her years of experience and research, Shannan has designed a four-step strategic planning approach for organizations to create a practical road map for success. She is passionate about planning and strives to live by the mantra “Be Prepared”.

Shannan is a skilled researcher and analyst, two essential aspects of planning. She offers business managers and leaders relevant, market-tested tools they can put to use right away to develop and execute effective action plans, monitor and evaluate performance. Shannan is an MBA graduate of Royal Roads University, and BBA graduate of Athabasca University.
